37 1/2 weeks doctors appt

Went to the doctor today and of course I saw Dr Barnes.  He checked me to see if I was dilated and/or effaced.  I am 2 cm and 50 % effaced.  Very exciting but also could stay this way for a while and not go into labor on my own.  Next appt is Tuesday at 11:00 which he will check me again to see if I have had any more progress.  At this point he said we would make a plan since he is leaving on September 6 to go on a cruise.  Back to swimming, walking, red raspberry leaf tea and primrose oil.  Fingers crossed we can get this going on our own if not I am just happy that Dr Barnes is so willing to be there for the birth of our last baby!!!!
